From fantaseryes like Mulawin and Krystala, Pinoy TV now shifts to local Pinoy superheroes. Darna, starring Angel Locsin as the Philippines' first television Darna, is already showing on GMA 7 while Panday, starring Jericho Rosales is currently in production. Panday seems to be floundering a bit while looking for a replacement for Echo's original wife in the series, Melissa Ricks, but the final outcome will show whether in the battle for television ratings, Darna or Panday will rule.
